My Bio

I'm a high school graduate from the Midwest that has been dabbling in various types of art for years. I guess you could say I have a lot of interests. I will not bore you with details, but sufficient enough to say I'm a poverty wage class guy who sees art as much of an expression of the soul and mind as an escape from this reality. I will also admit that when something catches my attention, I do tend to obsess and scrutinize every detail. This often gets me in trouble with my personal life and has landed me with few friends and no girlfriend, but the friends I do have I trust excessively. For the most part, I work with colored pencils and graphite for a drawing medium. I have attempted digital art, but I like to touch the medium I'm working with so I have never delve too deeply into it. I also write both original works and fan fictions, and hope to clean up the ones worth it enough to post on here eventually. Anyway, that's me in a nutshell.

After Much Time...

I have finally started serious writing on Sol. My side projects admittedly distracted me for awhile, then I had no power, and finally I had to fix my laptop... AGAIN! Now after moving to a new home and all that jazz I can begin my writing once again!

Massive update to Far is the Star Called Sol

Hello everyone! It has been awhile since I last wrote a journal entry. For those that do not know, "Far is the Star Called Sol" is my My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic fan fiction starring my OCs Jason and Astra. I haven't updated it in awhile because I've been restructuring it. Most of the base dialogue and storyline are the same, but I changed the tense and some of narration as well as added another chapter "Family Matters." Originally, I was experimenting on using both present and past tenses depending on time frame (Astra or Jason respectively) so it would be easier to read. Boy was I ever wrong. Well computer is buggy, but important stuff saved.

Well, while the laptop can work for short periods of time, it will randomly shut itself off. The important information has been put on to the XP tower though so no worries I guess. This thing is for more dependable anyway. Question for everyone, out of all the Windows versions, which do you like the most? I know that some do not like Windows, I'm not particularly fond of it either, but it works well enough for my needs. So that still leaves the question. Which one?
